Return And Refund Policy
Note: If you have an EPIC account with another Everything DiSC Partner, Inscape Publishing distributor, consultant or Inscape Publishing Strategic or Foreign Partner or Wiley Partner we will not be able to add the credits you purchased from us into that EPIC account.
Center for Internal Change, Inc.. is an authorized Everything DiSC partner and we mirror their return policy of no returns for online profiles, online assessment or courses, unless we have made a mistake on your order, in which case we will gladly correct your order or refund your money. However, we will refund unused EPIC credits for a 25% restocking fee. Contact us if you have any questions.
Unused access codes may be cancelled after a period of 2 years. You will be contacted by email at that time with the option of receiving a new access code.
